1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. rb777 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold one rb777 account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rb777 will merge or close them at its discretion. Any bonus winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your rb777 account, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and preferred PKR banking method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. rb777 may refuse, suspend, or close an account where inaccurate registration information is detected.

2.4 Jurisdiction

3. Account Security

You must notify rb777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. rb777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & PKR Banking

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rb777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. rb777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the rb777 cashier at the time of deposit. rb777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your rb777 PKR balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via Raast, HBL, UBL, and other providers are subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution, generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours during Pakistan banking hours.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited to your rb777 account must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your rb777 account, is strictly prohibited. rb777 applies anti-money-laundering procedures to all transactions.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal from your rb777 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be verified, your deposit must have been wagered at least once (for real-money deposits), and no active fraud investigation must be in progress on your account.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Once approved, withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes. Withdrawals to Pakistan bank accounts via Raast or direct bank transfer are typically processed within 30–60 minutes during standard Pakistan banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PKT). Processing times may be longer during weekends or Pakistan public holidays.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the rb777 cashier. rb777 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments over successive business days.

5.5 Bonus Balances

Bonus funds credited to your rb777 account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are met, rb777 may forfeit the bonus portion of your balance prior to processing the withdrawal of real-money funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rb777 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most rb777 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements and eligible game contribution rates are stated clearly in each offer's terms. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be subject to suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rb777 platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are provably random and are not influenced by rb777 or any third party. RNG certificates for games in the rb777 library are maintained by the respective software providers and are available on request.

In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or disconnection during gameplay, rb777 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a clear game result cannot be determined, the wager may be refunded to your rb777 PKR balance at rb777's discretion. rb777's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rb777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10. Account Suspension & Closure

rb777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where rb777 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity;
• Requested KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• You have registered using false identity information;
• You are under the age of 18;
• Continuation of your account presents a risk of harm to yourself, other players, or rb777.

Where an account is closed without cause by rb777, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered PKR payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in rb777's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any rb777 content without the prior written consent of rb777. Unauthorised use of rb777 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rb777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your decision to gamble, including losses sustained during technical interruptions that result in a refunded wager;

• Service interruptions caused by events beyond rb777's reasonable control, including internet service failures in Pakistan, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider outages.

rb777's total liability to any player in connection with a specific dispute shall not exceed the PKR value of the wager or transaction giving rise to that dispute.

13. Privacy & Data

rb777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an rb777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rb777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of the rb777 platform services.

14. Amendments to These Terms

rb777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, rb777 will provide advance notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the rb777 platform. The notice period for material changes will be no less than 14 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of rb777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your rb777 account before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to rb777's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and rb777 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents rb777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect rb777's intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
